The Nature of This Website

Elmeid Tavola is an editorial publication about Sardinian home cooking. It offers recipes, technique notes and food writing, free of charge, for personal reading. Nothing on the site is a product listing, a storefront or an invitation to transact; there is nothing here to purchase and no account to create.

Cooking From Our Recipes

You are welcome, and warmly encouraged, to cook every recipe we publish in your own kitchen, for yourself, your family and your guests. That permission is personal and non commercial. It does not extend to reproducing recipes in other publications, apps, books or websites, whether or not money changes hands, without prior written consent from the publisher.

Ownership of Content

The texts, recipe write ups, page designs, layout and branding of Elmeid Tavola are protected by copyright and belong to the publisher or its licensors. Photographic images are used under license from their respective owners. Traditional dish names and cooking methods belong to everyone; our particular written expression of them does not.

What You May and May Not Do

You may read, print single copies for home use, and share links to any page. You may not scrape the site in bulk, republish its content, frame it inside another service, misrepresent its authorship, use it to train commercial datasets without permission, or interfere with its operation through automated traffic, probing or similar techniques.
